Namo ratnatrayayā Om kamkani kamkani rochani rochani trotani trotani trasani trasani pratihana pratihana sarva karma param parani me sarva sattvanancha svaha.

Translation (roughly)

“I prostrate the three Jewels.

I prostrate to body, speech and mind of Akshobhya Buddha

I purify with bell and offerings. I cut, cut all harms and fears. I pray, pray that all activities are the highest and lead me to restore all purification of negative karma. Make it so.”
